A New Standard for

NextSpace was born from a simple observation: entrepreneurs, creators, and growing teams in the South Metro are often forced to choose between professional co-working environments and functional warehouse space — never both, never together. We built NextSpace to change that.
A single address where a business can store inventory, ship orders, build products, create content, and meet clients — all under one roof. Because the next level doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you have the right space to grow into it.
The People Behind NextSpace
NextSpace is owned and operated by Mark and Amy Gunter. Amy was born and raised in Burnsville and is a proud Burnsville High graduate. Mark, a North Dakota native who has called Minnesota home since 1994, is an experienced real estate developer with projects across both Minnesota and North Dakota.
Together with their sons, Matt and Charlie, the Gunters are proud to bring NextSpace to Amy's hometown and create a place where growing businesses can find the room, resources, and flexibility they need.
